Here's a DIY tip from Teen Vogue which i find it quite useful!!!
Step 1
Stencil the block letters on paper. Cut out the letters and pin the paper on top of the tee.
Step 2:Glue the rhinestones on the shirt.
Tadaaaa..It's Done! Easy!
