Finally i had the time to update my blog. Had a eventful easter weekend and hopefully everyone enjoy theirs too. A good friend of mine came to London to celebrate her birthday and i had so many martini cocktails, flaming lamborghini and cosmopolitan. Feeling kinda sick of alcohol and still recovering from it. It was so fun hanging with a group of girls chatting about so much crap ....kinda remind me of the scene from sex & the city..hehe...
Anyway, since i promised i am gonna make a long entry last week, here you go......Next post will be something more personal =)
Punky Dior Models
I wasn't impress with the latest Dior's fall collection. However , the models casual dress style caught my attention. I didn't know big hair can look this good on tall skinny models. Shame the weather in london had gone mad, it's actually snowing the past few days and that means i can't wear my blazer till May. Sob*

Dress like a princess
How do you define a princess?? personally i don't think being a princess means wearing dramatic puffy dresses or wearing pink. As long you look sweet, elegant, pretty, floaty, you can be a princess.
I guess i am gonna show you what a princess should really look like?hehe

Well, this white bow bag is the perfect princessey bag..But i guess a chanel bag will do too?

Butterfly Ballet Flats from Grace

My make up Tips
I bet you're wondering why my smokey eyes doesn't look as dramatic as you imagine. The reason is because i have really small chinese eyes and only a stroke of thin black inner eyeliner can make my eyes look bigger.I love the new bourjois liquid eyeliner which i purchased recently. It's smudgeproof, waterproof and it has a super thin brush. Most importantly it's very black and you don't need to apply over and over again.

Recipe :chicken katsu Curry
i can't believe how easy it is to make chicken katsu curry which taste exactly the same like the ones in the restaurants
Step 1: Cut onions, carrots, potato chicken into small pieces of cubes
step 2 : stir fry the onions and chicken
step 3 : add the amount of water you like into the pot and let it boil
step 4: add in the carrots & potato
step 5: add in the japanese curry cubes (around 3-4 cubes) per pot when the carrots and potatoes are soft
How to make the fried chicken:
step 1: marinate your chicken with salt, sesame oil
step 2: dip the chicken into a bowl of beaten egg ( ps: u can also add lil salt, garlic powder)
step 3: coat it with panko flakes
step 4: deep fry your chicken
If you're a vegetarian, u can add in fishballs and fried tofu too. I personally like fish ball curry cause it's easy to make...frying the chicken takes too much time and energy.
my home made katsu curry ..hehe
